Brinjal-Capsicum Gravy
Ingredients for Cooking Brinjal - 1/2 kg Capsicum - 1 Soya sauce - 1 tsp Chilli powder - 2 tsp Garam masala -1 tsp Corn flour - 2tsp Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Salt as per taste Coriander-little for decoration Onion big - 1 r, ginger gaMethod 1. Cut the brinjals into medium size pieces 2. Put the brinjals in a glass bowl and pour one cup of water in it. 3. Place the bowl in microwave oven and boil it for 7 minutes. 4. After boiling take it outside the oven and mix the soya sauce, chillipowderlic paste, garammasala, corn flour, salt and keep it aside. 5. Now cut the capsicum and onion into small pieces. 6. In a glass bowl take 1 teaspoon oil and put the capsicum and onion in it and cook in microwave for 2 minutes. 7. Mix the cooked capsicum and onion with the cooked brinjals and put these in the microwave and again cook it for minutes. 8. After taking it outside mix the coriander leaves and serve hot. |
