Braised Cipollini Onions, Shallots, and Garlic

Servings: 2 cups
Ingredients

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Butter

ShallotsShallots peeled

Cipolline OnionsCipolline Onions peeled

Organic GarlicOrganic Garlic peeled

teaspoon
My GrindersMy Grinders (use Sea Salt)
1/4
teaspoon
My GrindersMy Grinders (use Rainbow Pepper)

tablespoon
Water
2
tablespoons
Balsamic Vinegar

Preparation

In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add shallots, onions and garlic cook for about 10 minutes. Add the salt, pepper, water and vinegar; reduce the heat to low and cover pan. Simmer 45 minutes or until vegetables are very tender.
