Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake
Ingredients 2 cups flour 2 cups sugar 2/3 cup cocoa 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1 cup milk 2/3 cup oil 1 tsp. vanilla 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled Frosting: 3 oz. creamed cheese, softened 1/4 cup peanut butter 2 cups powdered sugar 2 Tbls. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract Method 1. Combine dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat for 2 minutes. Stir in coffee. Pour into greased 13x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees F 35-40 minutes. 2. Beat cream cheese and peanut butter. Beat in sugar, milk and vanilla. Spread over cake and sprinkle with mini chocolate chips. Store in refrigerator. ------------- |
