Purple sprouting broccoli pesto
Ingredients
675g/1½ lb purple sprouting broccoli
25g/1oz basil leaves
4 cloves of garlic
55g/2oz pine nuts
½ tsp sea salt

Method
1. In a food processor blend together all the ingredients. Excellent for folding into pasta.
