Dippy Dogs
One package hot dog wieners 4 tablespoons oil (or more if needed) 1 package Jiffy corn bread mix (or yellow self-rising corn meal, one egg, and 1/3 cup milk) Cut wieners in half, drop in cornbread meal mixture, spoon onto hot griddle, brown on both sides. Serve with ketchup or mustard. This is a quick and easy lunch treat for kids! |
