Buttermilk Baking Mix
10 1/2 C flour 1/4 C baking powder 1 1/2 T salt 1/2 C sugar 2 C shortening 1 C buttermilk powder 2 1/2 tsp baking soda In a large bowl mix all with electric mixer until particles are small and uniform in size. Store on a shelf in a tightly covered container. Makes 13 cups of mix. Storage life: 3 months. ----------------- |
